Terrriaki marinade
Ingredients:

2 fl oz soy sauce

2 fl oz cup mirin or sherry

1 teaspoon granulated sugar, plus more to taste

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger root

1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
(I am fairly generous with the garlic and ginger)
Instructions:

Cut the Steak into thin strips and place in a bowl . Cover the meat with the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least an hour, the longer the better - even overnight.

Heat some oil in the wok and fry small batches of steak . This should only take a minute .

Serve with your favourite potatoes and veg or Salad.
This is the ultimate fast food!
