Are your products supplied fresh or frozen?

All our packs are supplied frozen.

It is advisable to ensure when the packs are collected that they are promptly returned home to your freezer.

Do you Deliver?

We currently only offer a collection-only service.

Our collection day is Friday each week between 10:00 and 18:00 hrs at Holme Farm.

How best should I cook Venison?

As with any other red meat, depending on the cut you can Grill, Fry, Roast, Casserole, Slow cook, and Stir Fry Venison. The mince is particularly excellent for Lasagne, Chilli, and Cottage pies.
